This is a new, sealed package Justin Bieber Cake Decorating Kit. It consists of a photo frame of Justin that is made of plastic and measures 4 inches wide by 5 inches tall, which has a large plastic clip for attaching it to a school locker. Also included is a little guitar that also has a photo. The guitar measures 3 inches x 6 inches.

Anything else seen in the photo is made with frosting, and frosting supplies are not included.

Cleared payment

A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from your Paypal account has been deposited into my Paypal account. If you pay by PayPal balance, the payment will clear immediately. However if you pay by Paypal eCheck (this transfers money from your bank account), it may take several days, just like a paper check.
